Cracker Barrel

Most of the service staff was amazing this restaurant. However, I did find the hostesses and greeters rather irritating while shopping through the store. I'm pretty sure they try to be over helpful with their interest in what you're purchasing and what you might like as well. As a way to deter theft. It is blatantly obvious.

All sound great experience! From the time we entered until we left. Great host and server and hats off to the cooks, great food! Everything was AWESOME! Thanks for a great breakfast and experience!

Second time but different location. Still great service. Food is amazing and environment was relaxing. Will definitely be back and recommend.

Always good food and good service at the Cracker Barrel. A positive experience no matter what restaurant in the chain you stop at.

My Mother was released from Ohio State Cancer center around 9:20 PM. It had been 24 hours since she had eaten. Cracker barrel is where she wanted to go. It was late so I was hoping we could get to the that was close to OSU. It was about 9:45 when we walked in. Especially the manager and other employees were super nice. Most places would have been upset so close to closing time. The manager that night went above and does need recognition

This is an excellent restaurant to get a lot of great tasting food for a small cost. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly, and there is always the gift shop to stroll either before or after you eat. I would have given five stars but it was so cold in there that I was focused more on that than almost anything else. If you are going in the winter, wear an extra sweater.

Staff very friendly as always.Food was just ok. Had to send my bacon back cause it was burnt with no trouble.

Stopped here with my kid. Great food and outstanding service. The waitress was really helpful. We decided to order a fried chicken meal and split it. The waitress had no problem doing so bringing extra plates and corn muffins. Really good store.

Reliable chain with good country food. Menu is very robust, and they have breakfast all day, although dinner food seems to be more their specialty for quality. Both Entrees and Sides have daily specials, although at this location the daily special has run out rather quickly a few times.

This was my first Cracker Barrel experience and the food was 32.7% better than expected The only reason this is 4 stars is the servers were a hot mess. They were snippy with our table (after asking for items they forgot to bring out) and with each other in front of guests. I had the holiday special country-fried turkey with green bean casserole, sweet potato, and cranberry relish. These and the biscuits were amazing. The corn muffins were blah. My wife had French toast and it was good but not great. Her hash brown casserole was amazing. The pecan pie was good.

We ordered our Thanksgiving Meal and it was Delicious. It had that homemade made with love flavor! The ease of pickup and customer service was also wonderful! Thank you so much for helping to make our holiday so special!

Service was great, and the same could be said about the macaroni and cheese, biscuits and mashed potatoes. Unfortunately everything else was lackluster. The green beans didn't seem to be seasoned at all, the chicken was ok, though thicker than my liking for chicken fried chicken. It wasn't bad by any means, just not great. Not sure what I expected from a chain though.

I stopped in to get a to go order today. The girl who took my order was friendly and energetic. The food was packaged and prepared perfectly! I ordered a cat fish dinner with biscuits. I got home and was pleasantly surprised it was still hot and also very delicious! Thank you!

Went there for lunch after church. Busy but service and food was very good. We lost our grandaughter's new red Christmas shoe. I called earlier and shoe had not been found. Later I came to location and searched parking lot. When I went in and inquired about shoe and to my surprise it was in managers office!!! Thank you to all involved for finding shoe and holding for me!!! God bless!!! From a very thankful daughter in law who felt bad about losing a new Christmas shoe. Lastly the shoes were purchased at this Cracker Barrell. That's customer service!!!

Are food was good didnt like being put next to people who was rude. The other waitresses kept squeezing between are tables putting her butt on it witch isn't right in many of ways. Are waitress was nice but could have been paying more attention to us. So in what i see here it is a hit or miss to have good food and services here.

Ahh Cracker Barrel, how shall I define you? Are you an upscale truck stop? Overpriced Southern diner? Or a Grandparent trap with nostalgia kitsch? Joking aside, Cracker Barrel is a solid dining experience. You know what you are going to get consistently and that's fine. This location impressed me with there service on a busy Sunday morning, we were seated almost immediately..our servers were attentive and our food came quickly. My biggest gripes with the barrel are price - the food quality is fine, but it's not worth what they charge, especially for kids meals, which don't even include a beverage (compare that to Bob Evans). The menu is pretty limited without a ton of options. And why are they so stingy on the sides portions???

Fun place to eat. This is a restaurant that you kind of want to have a wait. They have a small store in front with a bunch of stuff. Always fun to look through. The food here is very good. We really like getting the breakfast. The dinner is also great. Can't go wrong. Little hard finding the parking lot. Have to go past all the hotels.

If u have lost your grand parents and they used to fix u something special like corn bread or homemade dumplings or pinto beans and greens want no longer cuz u can find it here and for me it always brings back amazing memories!!And the service is second to none Someone is always checking on you to make sure you don't need anything
